A Masterclass in the Art of Presentation

with Martin Shovel and Martha Leyton

What's the difference between a good presentation and a really great one?

The words.

Do your presentations burn brightly... or just smoulder?
Research shows that effective leaders and communicators use more picture words and imagery in their language than other people. We’ll show you how the power of your visual brain can help you create memorable and moving presentations capable of igniting the interest of any audience.

This masterclass is for experienced presenters who want to take their presentation skills to a higher level.

The group size is limited to six, to ensure that everyone gets plenty of individual attention, and a chance to develop and present their own material.

You’ll come away with:

• Practical visual thinking techniques that will make it much easier for you to prepare, design and deliver presentations that really get your message across
• An understanding of how thinking visually can help you come up with powerful images, metaphors and stories that will help you engage and persuade an audience
• the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
• A clear idea about when and how to use visual aids to enhance, rather than detract from, your presentation
• Your own authentic presentation style
• A short presentation of your own material that you will have developed during the masterclass
• The confidence to use wit and humour without having to become a stand-up comedian
• A deep insight into the nuts and bolts of what makes a great presentation.
